Statutory Risk Warning
Capital investment involves substantial financial risk, including the possible loss of principal. Past performance, backtested modeling, and projected returns do not constitute a guarantee of future performance. You should carefully evaluate your financial condition, liquidity requirements, risk tolerance, and investment objectives before committing capital to Tassetsvortex plans.
Article I — General Market & Volatility Risks
All financial markets are subject to systematic economic factors, including macroeconomic downturns, interest rate shifts, inflation spikes, geopolitical crises, and regulatory interventions.
Allocations into private credit, sovereign debt securities, real estate syndications, and high-performance assets may fluctuate in market value. Projected annualized yields (ranging from 4.50% in Starter up to 26.50% in Diamond) are target ranges based on disciplined portfolio allocation, but are not guaranteed government-insured deposits.
Article II — Liquidity Horizons & Locked Principal Commitment
Each Tassetsvortex investment plan operates under a contractual tenure:
- Starter Plan: 30-day capital lockup.
- Silver Plan: 60-day capital lockup with monthly yield distributions.
- Gold Plan: 90-day capital lockup with monthly yield distributions.
- Platinum Plan: 120-day capital lockup with monthly yield distributions.
- Diamond Institutional Plan: 180-day commitment with bespoke liquidity options.
Principal capital is not redeemable prior to maturity without explicit administrative exception and may incur early liquidation fees. Clients must ensure they possess sufficient liquid emergency reserves outside the platform.
Article III — Real Estate & Asset Valuation Risks
Real estate assets financed through the platform are exposed to property market risks, including local zoning changes, property tax assessments, uninsured casualty events, physical depreciation, and fluctuations in appraised resale value.
While Tassetsvortex holds freehold titles in escrow during the instalment amortization period, clients are advised that property values can decrease as well as increase over the 60-month amortization window.
Article IV — Motor Vehicle Depreciation & Operating Risks
Motor vehicles, including Tesla electric vehicles and luxury performance automobiles, are subject to rapid technological and physical depreciation. Clients electing vehicle financing acknowledge that wear and tear, battery degradation, road incidents, and market updates may reduce vehicle equity over the 35-month instalment lifecycle.
Article V — Digital Asset & Cryptocurrency Volatility
Cryptographic digital assets (such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, and stablecoins) operate on decentralized, public blockchain protocols. These assets exhibit extreme price volatility, technological protocol forks, and smart contract vulnerability risks. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once validated on-chain.
Article VI — Investor Sophistication Attestation
By funding an account or subscribing to any investment plan on Tassetsvortex, you certify that you possess the requisite financial sophistication, knowledge, and experience to evaluate the merits and risks of structured asset allocations, and that you are financially capable of bearing the risks associated with alternative wealth management.
